IGT Physician Clinical Training Program - Japan
一、短期研修项目 Short – term Training Programs
1.1. 7 日（包含周末、公休） 7 days (including weekends and public holidays)
研修内容： Training Contents
医院参观、手术见习、病例讨论、医生交流会 Hospital visits, surgical observations, case discussions, and doctor exchanges.
1.2. 14 日（包含周末、公休） 14 days (including weekends and public holidays)
研修内容： Training Contents
医院参观、日常诊疗见习、手术见习、病例讨论、 会、手术模拟训练、参与病例治疗方案讨论、医生交流 Hospital visits, routine clinical training observations, surgical observations, case discussions, doctor exchanges, surgical simulation training, and participation in case treatment plan discussions.
1.3. 1 个月（包含周末、公休） 1 month (including weekends and public holidays)
研修内容： Training Contents
医院参观、日常诊疗见习、手术见习、病例讨论、 Hospital visits, routine clinical training observations, surgical observations, case 医生交流会、手术模拟训练、参与病例治疗方案讨论 discussions, doctor exchanges, surgical simulation training, and participation in case treatment plan discussions.
二、中长期研修项目 Medium – and Long – term Training Programs
2.1. 3 个月（包含周末、公休） 3 months (including weekends and public holidays)
研修内容： Training Contents
医院参观、日常诊疗见习、手术见习、病例讨论、 医生交流会、手术模拟训练、参与病例治疗方案讨论、 指定指导医师、手术助手、共同发表论文 Hospital visits, routine clinical training observations, surgical observations, case discussions, doctor exchanges, surgical simulation training, participation in casetreatment plan discussions, designated supervising physicians, surgical assistants, and co – authored papers.
2.2. 6 个月（包含周末、公休） 6 months (including weekends and public holidays)
研修内容： Training Contents
医院参观、日常诊疗见习、手术见习、病例讨论、 医生交流会、手术模拟训练、参与病例治疗方案讨论、指定指导医师、手术助手、 , 共同发表论文、前往合作医院研修（私立医院） Hospital visits, routine clinical training observations, surgical observations, case discussions, doctor exchanges, surgical simulation training, participation in case treatment plan discussions, designated supervising physicians, surgical assistants co – authored papers, and training at partner hospitals (private hospitals).
2.3. 1 年（包含周末、公休） 1 year (including weekends and public holidays)
研修内容： Training Contents
医院参观、日常诊疗见习、手术见习、病例讨论、医生交流会、手术模拟训练、参与病例治疗方案讨论、指定指导医师、手术助手、共同发表论文、再生医疗见习、前往合作医院研修（公立综合医院） Hospital visits, routine clinical training observations, surgical observations, case discussions, doctor exchanges, surgical simulation training, participation in case treatment plan discussions, designated supervising physicians, surgical assistants, co – authored papers, regenerative medicine training, and training at partner hospitals (public general hospitals).
三、注意事项 Precautions
研修期间，IGT会安排诸如了解日本历史的大阪、京都、奈良和歌山的学习旅行，加深对日本文化、传统、历史的理解。During the training period, we will arrange study trips to Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama to understand Japanese history, deepening the understanding of Japanese culture, traditions, and history.
四、研修对象 Training Targets
· 对血管内肿瘤介入治疗感兴趣的医师 Physicians interested in endovascular tumor interventional therapy.
· 对再生医疗感兴趣的医师 Physicians interested in regenerative medicine.
· 对肿瘤治疗感兴趣的医师 Physicians interested in tumor treatment.
· 对日本医疗及国际医疗感兴趣的医师 Physicians interested in Japanese and international medical care.
· 其他医疗工作者（护士、放射科技师）的研修亦可承接。 Training for other medical workers (such as nurses, radiological technologists) is also available.
五、研修的评判、结业认定 Evaluation and Completion Certification of Training
指导医师全程参与研修医师的评判、指导， 研修结束后由 IGT 肿瘤介入治疗中心颁发结业证书。 Supervising physicians will be fully involved in the evaluation and guidance of the trainee physicians. Upon completion of the training, the IGT Tumor Interventional Therapy Center will issue a completion certificate.
研修报告会: Training Report Meeting
中长期研修的学员在研修期间可在医师交流会上发 表自己感兴趣的病例，也可以病例报告的形式 共同发表论文（可以用英文）。 Trainees of medium – and long – term training programs can present cases of their interest at physician exchange meetings during the training period, or jointly publish papers in the form of case reports (English is acceptable).
